"This is brash guitar anthemia of the very highest order"
NME

From the sweat-drenched basements of London to festival stages across the UK and Europe, Dexters was a band born out of pure energy, passion, and a relentless drive to bring big tunes to big crowds. Signed to Acid Jazz Records, we carved out our own space in the indie scene, releasing two albums that blended raw grit with soaring melodies.
Our debut album, Shimmer Gold, put us on the map, earning praise from the likes of Louder Than War and The Upcoming, while our second record, We Paid for Blood, pushed us even further—earning a 4-star rating in Q Magazine. We hit the road hard, touring relentlessly across the UK and Europe, sharing stages with the likes of The Enemy, The View, The Courteeners, The Rifles, and many more.
But like all great journeys, ours eventually ran its course. That’s why, ten years after Shimmer Gold, we came back for one night only—a sold-out anniversary show at The Garage, celebrating the music, the memories, and the fans who had been with us every step of the way.

The bassist for Dexters, but I also defined our visual identity. From our logo to tour merch, posters, and the entire design for We Paid for Blood, I crafted the visuals that represented our music. Every element reflected the raw energy of our sound, making sure Dexters wasn’t just heard, but seen.
Raw, bold, and unapologetic...
